My hal files on both machines work consistently with the old controller but not with the new one. It appears that logitech has changed something with this controller unless I'm missing something obvious.

I can take the controller and plug it into window 8 box and with the drivers installed I can use the test functions and all the buttons and jog sticks work. I can plug the old one into my cnc mill and cnc lathe and it comes right up and all the programmed functions work as intended but the new one barely even shows up and when it does none of the programme functions work. Do you guys see anything odd about the output below? I can't get this brand new f310 device to work and my older logitech controller work perfectly.
